If you are trying to book onto the paid element of the event please email the NHF's Customer Service (Events) team or you can call them on 0207 067 1066.
If you are trying to book onto the free Housing in Practice element please email the CIH event team or call them on 024 7685 1700.
No VAT payable
There are no hidden costs in our prices – you won't pay VAT on the Housing Community Summit event tickets.
Cancellations
Cancellations will be charged a £150 cancellation charge. The full fee is payable for any cancellation received 30 days before the event.
Accommodation
Accommodation needs to booked separately, further information can be found on our dedicated accommodation page.

We seek to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for all delegates attending any National Housing Federation or Chartered Institute of Housing event, whether it be in-person at a venue or virtually on our online event platform.
