*Concessionary rate
CIH members are entitled to the concessionary rate if they meet any of the following criteria:
- Under 30 years old.
- Work for a local authority.
- Are a retired member.
- Are an HR professional.
- Are currently on a career break.
- Are a CIH tenant member.
- Are a student studying for a housing qualification

No VAT payable
There are no hidden costs in our prices – you won't pay VAT on the Housing Community Summit 2026 event tickets.
Cancellations
Cancellations will be charged a £150 cancellation charge. The full fee is payable for any cancellation after 7 August 2026.
Accommodation
Accommodation needs to booked separately, further information can be found on our dedicated accommodation page.
Inclusivity
We seek to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for all delegates attending any National Housing Federation or Chartered Institute of Housing event, whether it be in-person at a venue or virtually on an online event platform. Additional information on accessibility and inclusivity at the event can be found here.
