No VAT payable

There are no hidden costs in our prices – you won't pay VAT on the Housing Community Summit 2026 event tickets.

Cancellations

Cancellations will be charged a £150 cancellation charge. The full fee is payable for any cancellation after 7 August 2026.

Accommodation

Accommodation needs to booked separately, further information can be found on our dedicated accommodation page.

Inclusivity

We seek to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for all delegates attending any National Housing Federation or Chartered Institute of Housing event, whether it be in-person at a venue or virtually on an online event platform. Photography and filming

Please note that filming and photography may be taking place at the conference for promotional purposes. If you would prefer not to be captured please let the conference staff know on the day or contact our Marketing team.
