We know that connecting with your peers, exhibitors and sponsors gives you the opportunity to consider services and solutions that can help your organisation deliver its mission and social purpose.

At the conference, we've left plenty of time in the schedule to give you the opportunity to browse the exhibition, catch-up with leading suppliers, view product demonstrations, download additional content and more.

Feel free to pop by the exhibition when it suits you or if you prefer to plan your day, contact the supplier directly below and organise a time to meet.

For information about exhibiting at this event please get in touch with Lisa Haddon at the Chartered Institute of Housing at Lisa.Haddon@cih.org.

metroSTOR

metroSTOR designs and manufactures robust external infrastructure for waste, recycling and e-mobility storage in social housing environments. Our systems help landlords improve recycling participation, reduce fire risks associated with bins and lithium-ion batteries, and cut the cost of fly-tipping and estate management. By combining durable steel enclosures with optional access control and smart technology, metroSTOR enables safer, cleaner and more sustainable communities.

Procure Plus

Procure Plus was established over 20 years ago recognising that social housing providers needed a way of being sure they were getting the best value for money, whilst also getting good quality goods and services whilst not taking unnecessary risks.

So we set up a social enterprise with 10 landlords from across Greater Manchester to give them a low-risk means of accessing good quality supplies for their housing, repairs and maintenance work. This pioneering start-up led to Procure Plus, now a market leader in the housing R&M procurement field, buying over £200m of goods and services annually - housing is in our DNA.

Nacro

For nearly 60 years, Nacro has believed that a safe, secure home is the foundation for a better life.

We support people who are homeless or at risk—many with complex needs including substance misuse, mental health issues, or past involvement with the care or criminal justice systems. Our tailored services support young people, care leavers, women, ex-service personnel, and others facing disadvantage.

Our wraparound approach combines practical and emotional support, helping individuals develop the skills to live independently and sustain tenancies.
At the Housing Community Summit, we’re looking to partner with property owners, investors and sourcing agents who can provide Decent Homes Standard properties to help us deliver essential national government and local authority accommodation services.
