No VAT payable
There are no hidden costs in our prices – you won't pay VAT on Full Summit Passes.
Cancellations
Full Summit Pass cancellations will be charged a £150 cancellation charge. The full fee is payable for any cancellation after 7 August 2026.
Catering
Join our exclusive networking breakfasts, refreshments and lunches where you'll connect with fellow C-suite executives and industry thought leaders. You'll also have access to the pre‑summit networking drinks and the Day One exhibition drinks.
Accommodation

Inclusivity
We seek to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for all delegates attending any National Housing Federation or Chartered Institute of Housing event, whether it be in-person at a venue or virtually on an online event platform.
